Shiraz, that is in southwest of Iran, is the center of Fars province which is the fifth populous city in Iran. It is located in the central region of Fars province, in Zagros’ mountainous district and it is 1486 meteres above the sea level and has a clement weather. As a result of being located in the central part of southern zagros region and being located in a fruitful land, it has been a natural place for exchanging products among farmers and nomads. Also, this city has been located along Iran’s internal commercial roads to south ports, like Bushehr port.

In Iranian’s culture, garden has a special place and from long ago, Shiraz was famous for having beautiful gardens. Some of Shiraz’s gardens are historically important and are regarded as main tourist attractions.Some of the most important gardens are :Eram garden, Afifabad garden, Delgosha garden and Jahan nama garden. Because of Shiraz’s historical, cultural, religious, and natural attractions,many tourists have visited this beautiful city.
